Refund policy

14-day return window.

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Drops are limited. If your size has sold out, we'll refund instead of exchange. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, email getcookeddrops@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
